- Return & Exchange
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return or exchange request is made within 24 hours of signature of receipt. The delivery fee of exchange or return will be paid by customer.
The return is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request.
The item should be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale.
All returns are asked to be made to Franschhoek.
